Growing up in a Korean American home, I uncovered a superpower for listening to the stories people tell with their words, but especially the stories they told without. I later learned the word for it:​

"Nunchi" or as Euny Hong describes as "the art of reading a room and understanding what others are thinking and feeling.[It] is a form of emotional intelligence…”​

Through my years of experience managing and coaching, I discovered a passion and undeniable gift for reading people in a way that helped them move from feeling stuck to their “aha” moment of clarity, whether it was uncovering a dormant strength or gaining confidence to accomplish their career goals.

In my spare time, you can find me walking around NYC, waiting for snow, meeting friends at a cafe, and laughing at Mic'ed Up clips.
